Kızılay is a city, neighborhood in Çankaya district of Ankara province in Türkiye. It is considered the center of Ankara in terms of location and transportation. Kızılay Square was named after the headquarters building built for the Turkish Red Crescent in 1929 at a point overlooking the square.
